7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (返品・交換・キャンセルに関する方針)
- Deposit (予約金): A 50% deposit is paid at booking to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable. (ご予約時に日程確保のため料金の50%を予約金としてお支払いいただきます。予約金は返金いたしかねます。)
- Rescheduling (日程変更): You can reschedule free of charge with more than 30 days notice before the shoot date, subject to availability. Within 30 days of the shoot date, rescheduling is usually not possible, but please contact us and we will do our best to help. - Cancellations by Customer (お客様都合によるキャンセル):
- More than 1 day before the shoot: the 50% deposit is kept and no further payment is due. (撮影日の前日より前のキャンセル：予約金50%はご返金できませんが、残金のお支払いは不要です。)
- 1 day or less before the shoot, or no-show: 100% of the service fee is charged. (撮影日の前日以降のキャンセル、またはご連絡なしでの不参加：サービス料金の100%を申し受けます。)
- Cancellations by Photo Taiken Japan (当社都合によるキャンセル): If we have to cancel a booking, you receive a full refund of all payments made for the cancelled service. (当社都合により予約をキャンセルする場合は、キャンセルされたサービスに対してお支払いいただいた全額を返金いたします。)
- Issues with Service or Deliverables (“Defective Services”) (サービスまたは納品物に関する問題点「瑕疵」について): We strive to provide high-quality photographic services and images. Due to the nature of photography, minor imperfections or a small number of technically imperfect images (e.g., out-of-focus, corrupt files) may occur as part of a larger set of delivered images, and this is considered normal. However, in the unlikely event of a significant technical failure on our part (e.g., loss of all or a substantial majority of the images, preventing their intended use), we will offer a mutually agreed-upon solution, which may include a partial refund, a full refund, or a complimentary re-shoot for the affected portions of the service, at our discretion and in consultation with you. 8. Delivery Times (引渡し時期)
- Service Provision (サービス提供時期): The photography service is provided on the date and time agreed and confirmed during booking. (写真撮影サービスは、予約手続き中に双方で合意し確認された日時に提供されます。)
- Photo Delivery (写真データ納品時期): Edited photos are delivered via a secure online link within 1 month of the shoot, by the same date in the following month. We will tell you in advance if any delay is expected. (編集済みの写真は、撮影日から1か月以内（翌月の同日まで）に安全なオンラインリンクにて納品いたします。遅延が見込まれる場合は事前にお知らせいたします。)
9. Accepted Payment Methods (お支払い方法)
- Online card payment via Stripe (Stripeによるオンラインカード決済)
- Cash, for the remaining balance on the shoot day (現金：撮影当日の残金のお支払いのみ)
10. Payment Period (お支払い時期)
- Deposit (予約金): 50% of the service fee is paid online via Stripe at the time of booking. (サービス料金の50%を、ご予約時にStripeにてオンラインでお支払いいただきます。)
- Remaining Balance (残金): The remaining 50% is paid by a Stripe payment link before the shoot, or in cash on the shoot day. (残りの50%は、撮影前にStripeの支払いリンクにて、または撮影当日に現金にてお支払いいただきます。)
11. Price (販売価格) Prices for photography services are listed on our website. All listed prices include Japanese consumption tax. (写真サービスの価格は当社ウェブサイトに掲載しております。掲載価格はすべて日本の消費税込みです。)
12. Booking Window (推奨予約期間) We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. All bookings are subject to availability. (特に週末や繁忙期は、2～4週間前までのご予約をお勧めします。ご予約は空き状況によります。)
13. Availability (予約可能状況) All bookings are subject to photographer availability and prior commitments. (すべてのご予約は、カメラマンの空き状況および先約によります。)
